I had no problems with the office staff. I think they are kind and accommodating. I can't say the same about Dr Lavan. After you see him, you have to see a dietitian. Whether you want to or not. He does not prescribe any medications. It doesn't matter if you have type 1 diabetes or thyroid issues. You have to wait and get an appointment with the dietitian. Love this doctor! We have been with him for few years for my son. I highly recommend him. Short waiting time, not overpowered.
I love Nicole she’s the best from desk secretary/ MA The clients are the problem. These people work hard and these patients / parents are always rude to them. Sorry but the patients need to have more common sense. If you read this you one of the problems
Best endo ever. He saved my daughters brain. He personally met my family in the nicu. We thank God for Dr. Lavin.
