Im a patient here and They are extremely rude at this Clinic. Over the phone I was asking questions about my diagnosis and the lady treated me as an inconvenience, rush me off the phone and told me she was busy. There’s never high traffic or much going on at this location aswell so I knew she was lying. The doctor ( dr.mami) was also extremely rude & dismissive to me my last session. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The person who answers the calls is extremely rude, unhelpful, and refuses to provide information or assistance. I am not sure, how the "first face" or "first voice" of the clinic can be so rude, when the clinic's service is literally to provide mental heath support. If the initial interaction is so demotivating, I wonder about the helpfulness of the rest of the staff and doctors.
