Worst service ever I had an appointment for the estimate i had to ask for the day off at work to be able to be home for the appointment and the adt solar guy never showed up not even a call o text to cancel the appointment
Was promised 45 to 60 days max for completion of my project. It is now over 90 days. When I call for an update I get the run around. That it is PGE fault. They were to replace my electric meter panel and nothing has been done. They where to keep me informed. All I get is there working on it. Very unhappy You promised someone would call another lie. Your installation was turned down for the third time can anyone in your Co get it right? Time is running out on the NEM on April 15. How much longer must I wait?
My neighbor is having Solar installed by ADT Solar. I understand the noise of installation but, on top of that the crew is BLARING music. This company seems to have zero regard for the surrounding neighbors who could be potential clients. Zero stars
Signed contract in July 2022. They didn't hold up their part, lots thousands!
