Just called this company they closed all their offices in las vegas.
Horrible customer service full of empty promises. The salesperson we dealt with became non-responsive and hasn’t been heard from by the company either. 3 months into the process the sales manager is now also no longer with the company because they closed the Henderson office and didn’t notify their customers. Would not recommend them at all. Time to start shopping for a reliable company that appreciates their customers. Should have read their reviews prior to meeting with them.
After canvassing several other solar companies, ADT was quick to step up to offer the best package and win our business. Larry Boykins did a great job walking us through the start up process and handle any issues. Our system was installed ahead of schedule and quickly approved by NVE and up and running. Thanks to Larry, Sean and the ADT Solar Team. I would highly recommend ADT for your solar needs.
I had a very positive install experience with the ADT Solar Team. Eric, the electrician, worked with me to make a very clean install of the electrical components and the roof team (2 Shawns) also located the panels on the roof per my request. All 3 of the installers were very professional and easy to work with.
