The VERY LAST Solar Company I would EVER recommend to ANYONE is ADT SOLAR. They are dishonest, unprofessional and without a doubt the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. When I purchased a solar contract it was with SunPro Solar, and for the first year or so my solar experience was wonderful. SunPro Solar reimbursed me (as per our contract) after the first year for the shortfall of electricity produced by my panels up to the amount they guaranteed, and told me to submit each future year for reimbursement. On Jun 2022 I signed a contract with ADT solar to install solar panels on my roof for fifty six thousand dollars. In august they installed my panels and I received a PDF file to sign that showed they have downgraded my inverters without my knowledge or approval. I contacted my sales representative and they said that the utility had not approved the ones we discussed but they will wait to finish the install until they are approved and swap them out, this is on my personal emails. So Far, So Good. I thought I would get a referral fee, since my Neighbor got Solar panels after I did, by a few months.
Horrible negative attitude!!! Very rude people!!!
Don't fall in their trap. Its a scam and a waste of money. They put my panels in the wrong place so I'm not getting optimal sun but I rather them take the darn things back.
