cant understand We needed to add monitoring and ended up with ADT. After 10+ years, the monthly rate is just too much. Canceled it and asked for the code they used on my hardware - and they refused to give it. They claim even though it was previously installed, they don't have to give up the installer code they used. Effectively making it useless unless I have ADT. If it had been their equipment I could understand - but my hardware??
saved us! ADT has been great to my family for over 7 years. We had one break-in within that time and ADT literally saved our lives. If you look at the type of equipment compared to all the other alarm companies its apple and oranges. ADT's service techs are 24hrs which really helps when I need someone on a Sunday, I would never get that from another alarm company.
got it right He was very helpful and patience with answering all my questions. I first called to inquire about installing a system at our daughter's place and later ended up not only installing one at my daughter's place, but at our home as well. He made sure I was completely satisfied and gave me the best deal for our needs.
didnt meet my expectations ADT is good but it does not meet my expectation. The prices are cheap but often times, I have false alarm which is not pleasing at all. I hope ADT will be able to look into this and make revisions in their system.
Go ADT I can honestly say that I am proud to be an ADT customer and I have been more than satisfied with all of the interactions I have had with your employees in the past week from your telephone customer service representatives who explained your services and took my order to the nice young man from Modesto who did my installation yesterday at my home to my email contact with you today. Keep up the great work and Go ADT.

good work Always keep the good work and make sure that you get to provide all the needs of your customers. Security cameras at home are really helpful and important especially when the kids are there.
