This is a scam at this point. The equipment is dead if I cancel the subscription and they enrolled my account to auto renew on an address I didn't live at and they kept sending the bills to the address I no longer own and now they have collections agent after me. What a waste of a company.
Office was closed/locked with no sign as to when they would return during posted business hours.
Legit every piece of hardware broke down within 6 months before we even finished the contract. Said it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. Years on the phone, 0 help, just go get the hardware from Costco and install it yourself and save yourself the money and annoyance

I'm kicking ADT to the curb and ripping out all of their equipment. I have had a chirping sound every 15 seconds for the last 6 days and can't get a service technician to come out and fix it. First they sent me to some guy in Mumbai who I could not understand. Then the Chat onlline tried to tell me how to fix it myself. Nope. Then they were going to do a zoom with a technician but they have not reached out to contact me. For the amount of money I pay, it's ridiculous! I can't sleep at night and it's driving my dogs crazy.
