We have had such a terrible experience with ADT. We used them to set up security for our new medical practice. They put our contract under the wrong information, then when we had to change it, they made us do a whole new contract. They have canceled/rescheduled installation probably close to 20 times. When we have called their services - forget about it. They will send you to five different people and none of them know what's going on.
