I have had the worst experience with ADT and it has been impossible trying to cancel it. The first time I tried to cancel I was told it was too early in my contract. Then when it got close to the end and I was moving I was strait up lied too on the phone by a worker telling me it would cancel itself in a month since my contract was up I asked her to verify and she told me that was true. that was after I had been transferred on the phone 4 times which did not happen and I have still been getting charged. ⭐ **1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience After Years with ADT** After being an ADT customer for years, my recent experience was the final straw. We had 4+ days of constant buzzing inside our home and our ADT doorbell stopped working. I called ADT for help and was told to **call an electrician**. I’m disappointed in the equipment received. Customers should know what they are expected to pay when transferring service. I will be canceling when my contract is complete. Since they have been in business so long, they won’t miss one customer.
