Horrific customer service will change my business immediately.
Bad business, bad solicitors.
Very deceptive company, never verbally told about contract, will not recommend this company. I feel they take advantage of the elderly because they sure did with my mom. The representatives are also very rude and argumentative
Absolutely atrocious customer service. I was lied to when I was being sold my system. The salesman said I could cancel the $40 ongoing fee and just use the cameras. He lied about the cameras being able to record once the service is canceled as well. When I asked for a refund on a service I couldn’t figure out how to cancel, they told me I was stuck with the cameras I no longer need nor will they refund the service that I never wanted. Got signed up after a door to door salesman asked if we needed a home security system a couple of months after we moved in. My husband had been thinking about getting one of these prior to moving in so we were happy to sign up. However, after completing our 36 month contract I have to say I would not recommend this service to anyone I know. Not because of ADT is a bad company but because there is almost no use for a system like this, which I discovered these past months.
