If I could do negative 100 stars I would!!! This is the worst alarm system company ever. I spent so much money and lost so much because of their mediocre equipment and lack of irresponsibility when ever we had a break in their motion detector never worked properly they have an excuse for everything and too bad I couldn't find a free Bono lawyer to take them to court for all the losses we had and sufferering we went through and the hardships we faced and still are. An ADT solicitor was banging on my door multiple times. I tried ignoring him. When I answered I told him I was very busy and he woke up my baby. He was rude, wouldn't give any straight answers to my questions, and wouldn't leave me alone. He should have apologized and understood that I was busy. I now have a 'no soliciting' sign on my door because of him. A complete stranger, asking me if it's just me and the baby at home. This company is such a SCAM. They are never any help. They lie and force you into service without telling you every detail. Now we’re moving and can’t have services in our new place due to the temporary housing we will be living in and we still CANT get out of our contract. DO NOT use these people there are way better security services for way cheaper that don’t force you to stay with them. HORRIBLE company.
