This company is such a SCAM. They are never any help. They lie and force you into service without telling you every detail. Now we’re moving and can’t have services in our new place due to the temporary housing we will be living in and we still CANT get out of our contract. DO NOT use these people there are way better security services for way cheaper that don’t force you to stay with them. HORRIBLE company.

I have had ADT for a couple of months now, since maybe February/March 2023. Everything started out great. Communication with company was great, getting someone out to install was good, installation took a long time but you know what, I live in a not so great neighborhood so as long as I had a security system I wasn't going to complain too much and the guy that came out to install was very nice and didn't make me feel uncomfortable in any way, very talkative gentleman. Robert Voss lied to us the day of the Contract, and he is unprofessional, I have made too many calls and emails to fix the problem and he does not respond, but before hiring him he called me 5 times a day. Do not hire this company.
