An ADT solicitor was banging on my door multiple times. I tried ignoring him. When I answered I told him I was very busy and he woke up my baby. He was rude, wouldn't give any straight answers to my questions, and wouldn't leave me alone. He should have apologized and understood that I was busy. This company is such a SCAM. They are never any help. They lie and force you into service without telling you every detail. Now we’re moving and can’t have services in our new place due to the temporary housing we will be living in and we still CANT get out of our contract. DO NOT use these people there are way better security services for way cheaper that don’t force you to stay with them. HORRIBLE company.
