Trust us and and the recent reviews, TOTAL incompetence from start to finish. Try ANYONE else. From the deceptive sales practices and flat out lies concerning the agreement to the salespeople blowing off appoinments to the installers who arent there to install to the customer service which is rude. Installer who was only there to check existing equipment never got our signature since he was in such a hurry to leave, when we received copy of his visit he had forged a signature. Technician Danny, came in quickly when we had a camera go out due to outage. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix it efficiently!
Scheduled installation for my business because there was existing equipment from prior business.Tech showed up and spent 3 minutes checking the system, told me he could not install cameras (which was the reason we needed ADT). Told me another installer would call me to schedule cera installation. No one did. Then started getting emails from sales person so we set up an appointment to have her come out, she called 5 minutes before scheduled window expired to say she was running late and asking how long we would be there.
