I have been with ADT over 40 years. My brand new 2 day old camara system stopped working and the alarm system kept going off. I called ADT for assistance. The person who answered the phone at 5pm eastern standard time was named Matthew.. He was rude condescending and laughed in my face and told me he would refer me to the area to cancel my system if I didn't like it. If I could give a -15, I would. 💯 Don't give ADT a heads up, when you plan to end the service... Especially, right before your contract is up... They will play games with your equipment and then your payments... So much so, they'll ruin your credit... If I could give negative stars, I would, and it wouldn’t let me give zero stars. This is the absolute worst product, worst service, worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everything was wrong from install, nothing has ever worked properly, they lock you into these contracts you can’t get out of even though you’re paying for a service you’re not getting. Terrible customer service, they lock you into contracts and make it near impossible to get out of, and place all the blame on you. I would not recommend going with this security company.
LETS TALK ADT AND CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT So you have or had ADT and you decided to relocate. You were probably told by ADT to leave your alarm system behind and you will receive a new ADT alarm system [FREE OF CHARGE] at your new address.
