I haven't been able to arm my system for weeks because an improperly mounted device fell into my sump pump well and broke. I called them to schedule a fix and had to wait a week for the tech WHO THEN SHOWED UP TO THE JOB WITHOUT THE ONLY PART I NEEDED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. Seriously, ADT, this is how you do business? You knew what the problem was BECAUSE I TOLD YOU NUMEROUS TIMES AND YOU CAN SEE MY SYSTEM REMOTELY, and you sent a tech that couldn't fix it?!?
Kayla shook came and set up a new system for us today - cameras, alarm panel, door bell - and told us about the new keypads that tie into our system - we loved them and got 2. She did a great job with the install everything looks awesome - she made sure all the apps were working on my phone. She answered all my questions and made sure I knew how to use everything before she left. She was awesome!!
