Absolutely catastrophic. Singularly worst company to deal with. Wait hold for account management in the case of a diseased family member, is over a Month. With some random maintenance no-access electrician, to put people on hold for a second month. Not worth the time, money or effort. Nobody live to check ID for home or business owners, just some random ai phone and parrot voice to process a service maintenance fee, that goes round circle to absolutely useless.
Lousy drivers
Conartists. They deserve negative rating and to be shut down. I had a door locking and monitoring system put in my business 4 months ago. They left without it functioning correctly and have still not fixed it! The local office won't answer nor return my calls. The rep. said he was going to buy gift cards because he felt so bad and has now also stopped responding. The corp. office has sent mutiple technicians that can't fix the issue. 11/3/24 I'm currently on hold while writing this to you. My reason at the moment is because for the last 10 minutes, while still on hold, all I keep listening to is the same recording repeatedly, "we apologize for the extended wait..." Even after declining services the first time a rep stopped by our new home (which we never requested or showed interest in to begin with), a sales rep will still come by frequently and park outside of our house for extended periods of time.
