Conartists. They deserve negative rating and to be shut down. I had a door locking and monitoring system put in my business 4 months ago. They left without it functioning correctly and have still not fixed it! The local office won't answer nor return my calls. The rep. said he was going to buy gift cards because he felt so bad and has now also stopped responding. The corp. office has sent mutiple technicians that can't fix the issue. 11/3/24 I'm currently on hold while writing this to you. My reason at the moment is because for the last 10 minutes, while still on hold, all I keep listening to is the same recording repeatedly, "we apologize for the extended wait..." Even after declining services the first time a rep stopped by our new home (which we never requested or showed interest in to begin with), a sales rep will still come by frequently and park outside of our house for extended periods of time.
So my elderly Mom had ADT for 20 years. She moved and sold her house and we forgot to cancel ADT till 5 months later. I called and tried to cancel but was told by 3 different departments that I had the wrong department that could not either cancel the account or issue a refund. BUT they all said given she was a long term customer ADT would gladly refund the 5 months. All three of these calls disconnected. After buying a home, I have had 3 sales reps park in my driveway and knock on both my front and side doors "pretending" to have an appointment. I am not interested in your services. It seems that this is being done intentionally to make me and my wife feel less safe in our home so we buy your services. If another sales rep shows up, he will see how well guarded we are in our home already.
