I want out of my contract, I can’t afford to pay you thousands to cancel. I NEVER USE ANYTHING U GAVE ME. I want out for no charge!!!!! Too EXPENSIVE The technician was a very pushy salesman, made me incredibly uncomfortable. Beth Nickels was awesome to work with. I was so glad to have her support and guidance when trying to schedule service. Beth made things so easy… one call and the rest was easy. Always fast to respond and coordinated all the necessary steps.

Beth Nickels was the first person I have dealt with in your company who knows your product inside and out. I shared my frustrations from my past experiences with your company and she jumped in right away to make everything right. I am so thankful I now have her as my go to person. She is a valuable asset to your company. We were thinking of canceling our service with ADT but after all of her help and guidance Beth is the reason we stayed!
