Its a shame when pushy rude sales people ruin what is probably a good product/service. I never will use this company after my encounter with them at my door. Thanks for encouraging me to upgrade my older cameras though. Enjoying my 5 new Ring cameras!
Locked into a contract that I didn’t know about randomly hit me with a $2000 bill. I said I wasn’t going to pay it and they sent to collections. I was a paying customer for two years and then I moved tried to cancel my service and they would not let me so I switched my card. Didn’t know that I was in a contract and boom 2k for service never installed or used because of contracts. Be careful
I want out of my contract, I can’t afford to pay you thousands to cancel. I NEVER USE ANYTHING U GAVE ME. I want out for no charge!!!!! Too EXPENSIVE The technician was a very pushy salesman, made me incredibly uncomfortable.
