My tech Jeff was great.! Very polite. Got the job done very quick.
We recently had our ADT system installed after a move. Jeff, out adviser and installer, was excellent. He met with us to discuss and plan our install, gave us the options possible for our needs and then we scheduled the install to coincide with our construction. He did an excellent job on the install in an efficient and timely manner and even communicated with us post install to help troubleshoot an issue with our door chime. This is the type of service you desire during work in your home.
am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received from ADT following a recent break-in at my business. During the incident, ADT did not receive or respond to the alarm signal. The police were contacted by someone else, not through the expected ADT alarm response. I have been trying for over a week to get a clear explanation from ADT as to why the alarm signal was not received, but no one has been able to provide me with an answer. I don't appreciate your 'Manager' trying to sell things at my home. We have a no soliciting sign for a reason, there is a security sign at the door. If I haven't called you after you sent 20 flyers to my home after purchase, I'm not interested. If this was in fact a MANAGER, shame on you. Your business model is flawed, your service is pathetic, and your prices are for people that feel obligated after you use your scare tactics. Good luck.
I recently purchased a home and ordered an ADT Blu "DIY" kit. The kit arrived with one missing door sensor. When I downloaded the app to set my system up, it had automatcially set my parents address as the monitoring address with no option to choose my own address. After over two hours on the phone with at least five different team members none of these matters have been resolved. I'm looking to return this whole setup before I waste any more time.
