Horrible service and customer service. They continue to charge even when services aren’t provided.
If I can give them a zero stars I would. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. We got our cameras hardwired, and also we have a camera in the garage. Wires are literally hanging from my garage ceiling. My cameras have not been picking up video clips and over three weeks and they are doing everything they can not send service to my house every time I call they try to fix things over the phone and today they wanted to charge me pretty much a $500 service call because I wanted somebody to come out today.
