customer service from hell
I wanted to return my equipment and I was told that I couldn’t and I was locked in for a 5 year contract. They will not let me out of my contract, but I can safely say I WILL NEVER EVER SIGN ON WITH THEM AGAIN!!! Terrible terrible terrible. Not worth the price or service.
Their reps keep showing up to my house even though I’ve told them several times to leave me alone. NO MEANS NO
