If I could give ADT ZERO stars, I would. The problems started THE DAY they installed the system. The Google Nest/ADT equipment wasn't working properly before the installer even left. The hubs kept going black and STILL do. ADT sent another technician, and even he couldn't get them working properly. THE NEXT DAY, I texted the ADT sales rep IN WRITING that I didn't like anything that had been done. Most garbage company ive ever gave my business too nothing but headaches dealing with their operators who who have zero concern about the issues that your having with the company just a waste of time holding on the lines when they just dont help you at all just frustrating take your money and go somewhere else
I had an appointment with ADT to set my equipment up. I was given a 4 hour window of when the service technician would come out. After the service tech missed the window, I called ADT and they said that they canceled my appointment over a week before my appointment date and didn't call me as to say why, or try to change the appointment date. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my time

I've seen A LOT of Negative reviews on ADT and I can understand a lot of peoples frustrations. I'll tell you my true story with ADT which started in January 2025, and why I'm still with them.... In January 2025 I had someone living with me, push me and take my phone, police called, protection orders, etc. Called ADT to have security cameras put up for my own safety.
