BEWARE OF FRED JUBRAIL! TERRIBLE. Absolutely freaking terrible, scammers! I had an obnoxious salesman, Fred Jubrail, come to our home and go over different ADT plans and options - he would not stop talking about all of the homes and his personal life that he has, blah, blah, blah. An hour and a half appointment could have been 15 minutes over the phone. THE WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE!!!! I own a business in Honolulu and regrettably chose ADT for security service. It's been an absolute nightmare ever since. My system has never worked properly and ADT DID NOT honor their 6-month money back guarantee. The only way to terminate my contract is to agree to cancellation charges which amounts to paying the balance of the three year contract...for a system and service that is horrible. They don't even deserve 1 star. AVOID ADT AT ALL COSTS.
