THE WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE!!!! I own a business in Honolulu and regrettably chose ADT for security service. It's been an absolute nightmare ever since. My system has never worked properly and ADT DID NOT honor their 6-month money back guarantee. The only way to terminate my contract is to agree to cancellation charges which amounts to paying the balance of the three year contract...for a system and service that is horrible. They don't even deserve 1 star. AVOID ADT AT ALL COSTS.

Service tech never showed up!!
ADT servicing my area, Ewa Beach, only has one service tech. So I have no service for more than a week waiting for tech to be able to visit me and correct their install that caused the panel battery to die out because it was running on battery only for more than a month. A wire was not installed to allow the battery to charge. So I'm not happy with the service.
