Such a great experience! I was calling because I had an issue about moving and they had it handled within 10 minutes!! Great customer service and great experience!
I've hated my experience with ADT from almost the moment I signed up. I was going through something terrible and thought I needed the security and wasn't in the right mind to cancel right away, but I should have. They are absolutely horrible to deal with. Customer service is a joke. It's all AI and really, really hard to get someone on the phone. I'll be so glad to be done with them.
