System will not come on @ All after being on the phone 30 minutes I was told we dont carry your equipment??? Um duh u the one came here and connected it then I was told to go on Amazon buy the part and see if that helps because its nothing they can do but send someone out to check it for $185
They will lie and tell you the equipment is Google home. It’s not only the cameras are. They will tell you anything they want you to hear to get the sale (meaning more lies). The technician will come late not install everything you wanted and try to charge you extra to come back out to complete everything you just ordered. I was with ADT beginning in 2011 and then with each move I transferred my service. My last move I discontinued my services. I must add I was a difficult process but they finally got it done. I talk to several reps before it was finalized and they never informed me about the early termination fee. You see when I ordered it was delivered and I hooked it up. There was no paperwork. One of the worse security services out there! My home was not monitored for months, however, they were withdrawing their payments from my account each month. They increase their prices with no prior notification. Each time a tech was sent to my home, problem will be resolved for maybe 1 month and the same problem will reappear. I advise a potential customer to do their research & due diligence before signing with them. There's a reason why their rating is under 4
