Again, my Driveway camera has to be troubleshot, as usual, but it still doesn't work. Why do I have to pay for a technician to come out? Terrible paided and being rescheduled 3 time a this so not a good look and the technician came Saturday at 10 p and was supposed to to be their at 1-6 and made me pay and didn’t install nothing but rescheduled me again
My ADT PULSE camera broke. And router issue. 2 stories up. Customer since 1999. They discontinued ADTPulse. Said new panel would solve problems. Tech said old cameras won’t work with new panel. Then he couldn’t wire the new camera! Next tech was afraid to climb a ladder to even try! Just left after waiting months & lies from higher ups. Looking for new company.
Horrible service and deceptive …AI rep telling you how to troubleshoot which never works … then you wait forever for live rep… then they have you do it all yourself … then it still don’t work so they have you do it again to make sure … and it don’t … then they tell you they will book a live tech to come out and that it will be $59 plus labor and you ask “ what about the 3 year warranty and the 79 a month I pay and then they say “ that’s why the trip is only $ 59 plus labor …. System will not come on @ All after being on the phone 30 minutes I was told we dont carry your equipment??? Um duh u the one came here and connected it then I was told to go on Amazon buy the part and see if that helps because its nothing they can do but send someone out to check it for $185
