Craziest company I have ever hired. I received a phone call at 6:40 am from a lovely technician to "confirm my appointment". Of course I still want the appointment. I just set it up yesterday. Technician was very professional, but it annoyed me how they kept trying to sell me extra things. I am already paying you thousands, so no, I don't want another camera. I just bought 9. Camera has been down for almost a year. Now the whole camera system is offline. Had servicemen to come out twice but without the replacement camera. Was promised again but as usual, only promises but no follow. Still being billed for service out of use
Had this company for over 2 decades in 2 different homes! No problems, then stuff broke and stopped working couldn’t get them to come out. They stated remote inspections! Will not ever let anyone take control of my home security remotely! Completely irresponsible SOP change by adt. Paid it off and will get rid of the service. BEAWARE YOU BUY U get what u pay for.
I will never go with ADT again!!! I cancelled my service back on 7/26, paid my final bill, got another email today saying I had a balance. Chatted with a rep who said it was never cancelled. Called account management, I was told they see the call on 7/26 but it was never cancelled. Now I was told it was cancelled again effective October 15th and I’ll get an email with my final bill. Thanks, Mr. Christopher Cramer, who did an excellent job placing our ADT Command 7-inch Touch screen monitor (AIO ADT7AIO), thereby placing it back online after the system went kaput after a thunder and lightning storm we had last weekend on the 30th of June.
