Really nice and helpful staff. Best experience I’ve had in a long time.
First off I like ADT, but what I don’t understand is why I have to pay 185 for someone to come and assist me with my door bell camera I haven’t had the system a year. My doorbell has no power and its low battery charge so I have called three times and customer rep tried to assist me with taking the door bell camera off it’s not glued but it’s hard to come off and I don’t want to damage it the rep says it’s easy but to me it’s not I don’t have money to replaced what I damaged ADT help me solved this issue Upset customer

Craziest company I have ever hired. I received a phone call at 6:40 am from a lovely technician to "confirm my appointment". Of course I still want the appointment. I just set it up yesterday. Technician was very professional, but it annoyed me how they kept trying to sell me extra things. I am already paying you thousands, so no, I don't want another camera. I just bought 9. Camera has been down for almost a year. Now the whole camera system is offline. Had servicemen to come out twice but without the replacement camera. Was promised again but as usual, only promises but no follow. Still being billed for service out of use
