Matt was excellent! Fast repair and great communication!
I was with ADT beginning in 2011 and then with each move I transferred my service. My last move I discontinued my services. I must add I was a difficult process but they finally got it done. I talk to several reps before it was finalized and they never informed me about the early termination fee. You see when I ordered it was delivered and I hooked it up. There was no paperwork. One of the worse security services out there! My home was not monitored for months, however, they were withdrawing their payments from my account each month. They increase their prices with no prior notification. Each time a tech was sent to my home, problem will be resolved for maybe 1 month and the same problem will reappear. I advise a potential customer to do their research & due diligence before signing with them. There's a reason why their rating is under 4
So we just had new equipment installed. Since installation, numerous sensors have now shown as low battery, malfunctioning or offline. They came out twice to troubleshoot with the problem reoccurring every time. Now when I’m having the same issue plus more, they are stating there’s a fee to come out just to fix a problem they never fixed in the first place. Do not use ADT.
Really nice and helpful staff. Best experience I’ve had in a long time.
