Wish I could leave 0 stars. They got me. Had the old system in my old house. We moved and the “customer service rep” lied to me about what the cost was going to be at the new house. Absolutely hate this new system. Paying double for it. I’m under contract for 2 years. Had I known this is how they do business, I would have never started with this bs company. We were considering ADT, but their unsolicited door-to-door salesmen will not take 6 no's for an answer. Hyper aggressive and pushy sales tactics, rude beyond belief. Zero out of 5. I advise going with someone else. Plenty of other companies that are actually polite.
I was being harassed by solicitors constantly. When I called the local number to ask them to stop James D Watson laughed at me and when I asked him nicely not to laugh at me he hung up.
Using this for a commercial building sucks. They were ready with all hands to help sell it but won’t answer calls when I need stuff fixed. The video app literally works half the time at best. Now I know why everything was a 1.something star review…. Don’t get scammed like I did /:
