After YEARS of misery dealing with the shady behaviors of this company, I can feel my own heart palpitations as I type this. What I learned after having ADT for 4 painful years… 1. Don’t agree to anything over the phone. I was “talked into” a longer contract without my knowledge. Poor customer service and absolutely no local presence
I really enjoyed the personal experience. She got the job done for me quickly. Worked with me to get the whole experience in the app as well as my home system. She cares about her work and she’s not just a mother salesman that wants to give her product off. She is very outgoing and very helpful. Doesn’t even mind taking calls after hours to ask questions about the system. I give her a 20 star if I could.
DO NOT GET ADT. I WAS LITERALLY ROBBED UNDER SUPERVISION OF ADT. I WAS TRANSFERRED 8 DIFFERENT TIMES AND NOBODY WOULD HELP THIS PHONECALL WAS OVER AN HOUR LONG . THEY WILL NOT LET ME CANCEL THE PLAN WITHOUT PAYING OVER $1000. I NOW HAVE 18K GONE AND THEY WANT ME TO ROB ME OF AN ADDITIONAL $1000 TO CANCEL BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HOLD UP ON THEIR END OF THEIR CONTRACT. THE CAMERAS RARELY WORK. I JUST GOT THIS SYSTEM IN APRIL AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES.
