I wanted to cancel the adt all together when I was moving but the rep talked me into finishing my contract at my new home the rep said free install and same system I was set up with so I said ok yesterday Got my system “transferred” to the new address I got half the equipment I had no glass break sensors only covered 2 windows had to pay for each additional window even tho the old address had every window and door covered and had to pay a install fee I cannot wait until my contract is over with them so I can get far away fro... read more
You park in our driveway, which is trespassing! The car is unmarked, and then the salespeople continue to knock on our door with our dogs going crazy! There is a NO solicitation sign on our front porch! Your company is not welcome at our home period! We have declined services. Next time, the police will be called, and a lawsuit is to follow. Billing department wants to argue and yell over taking two bills out in one month. Then when asked to speak to a supervisor they lie and come back on the phone saying they are the supervisor playing like they are someone else. Nice try.
