read the fine print. If you have to cancel, they will charge you 90 percent of a 3 year contract. I did not expect to want to cancel, but with issues all the time (sensor not working, app not working, long waiting times on phone and reps who are difficult to understand) It has been awful
Tried to call to file complaint but never spoke to a real person. Vehicle number 287515 was speeding down the interstate and weaving in and out of traffic on south parkway on 11/13. Driver was acting erratically.
They were good at first but I see they took a payment this morning and I haven’t been able to set my alarm when I leave the house or set it when me and my children home for a whole month but they taking payments this is sicking and I bet you o get my money back !!!!
I bought a very fancy state of the art system installed by adt except for the flood light cam which can’t be adt installed because it requires electricity that adt techs don’t work on. After having an issue adt will do just about anything to not come help you. They are fine with coming to install the system because they make money but to repair an issue they want you to be an employee for the day first. We had ADT for many years with a few frustrations then moved. When we moved we researched many companies and found ADT+ was economical and provided what we needed. Had some issues installing and customer service was horrible. After many hours on the phone, the local rep finally called and we got it worked out. However, those couple of days had already soured me to ADT+. I haven't needed anything this past year and over the weekend the system kept "knocking".
