If I could give a -5 star review I will They are the worse service ever I would not recommend them They will not explain anything about the service I don’t recommend them at all
Do NOT get ADT, you can cancel and they will still charge your account. I cancelled as soon as my contract expired, and still got charged for two months after it. Then called again today (8/28) for another “request to cancel” you still have to pay for one more month and what ever fees they are going to send. Customer support phone line drops the calls after you press 1 to talk to a representative. Chat live agent can’t held you with anything. So you have to call regardless.
We had adt installed almost a year ago and it has never worked since we had it installed. They dragged around for months doing virtual calls saying they could fix it. Only later to have a technician come out and say it wouldnt ever be able to work because we do not have enough cell service in our area. They drug us around for 8 months until we were past the 6 month return period. Now we are stuck making payments on equipment that doesn't work for the next 2 years. I would be weary about doing business with this company.
ADT is the worst! They are extremely annoying and won’t take no for an answer. Their service sucks and then after you cancel they continually send sales people to try to get you to signup for their way too expensive, terrible service. Worse than a timeshare!!
I am posting regarding an unauthorized five-year contract established by ADT Security Services under my name. The contract was signed solely by my wife, who was misled by an ADT technician during a service visit. She has no legal authority to enter into binding agreements on my behalf.
