After being a customer for 18 years, it took 3 weeks for me to get to a person who had the ability to cancel my service and I could not cancel online. Either they transferred me and no one answered in the cancellation department or an automated system told me i would receive a callback rather than stay in hold, but no one called back or they said no one was available in that department! the most unorganized company, they don't care about your business. waiting time is one hour before you can speak to operator then they will transfer to another person for another hour. Fire dept dispatched 4 times on June for false alarm.
