Horrible service. And they hide a clause in their contract that you have to give them 30 day notice to cancel. A bunch of leeches. Than they had the audacity to call to ask if I wanted to save money. If you’re able to save me money, you don’t need my permission to do so. You don’t ask my permission when you raise your prices so you don’t need my permission to lower prices either. After being a customer for 18 years, it took 3 weeks for me to get to a person who had the ability to cancel my service and I could not cancel online. Either they transferred me and no one answered in the cancellation department or an automated system told me i would receive a callback rather than stay in hold, but no one called back or they said no one was available in that department!
