We were hesitant because of some of the reviews. But went ahead anyway and are glad we did. We had Tyler come and install our system. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything and addressed our concerns. He also gave us his opinions for the placement of cameras and sensors. It seems to be working great and giving us peace of mind. I would highly recommend Tyler if you're thinking of getting a system installed with ADT.
Worse experience ever. Set equipment up at our house over 2 years ago. Never worked and we are still paying for it. We don't even live there anymore. Total scam. Workers left drywall dust all over our floors as well and never cleaned anything up.
Biggest scam I’ve ever dealt with in my life, sales rep Cleveland told my employee that they went over pricing with me already & had her sign when I never received a phone call! Great way to do business ADT!
If I could rate -10 I would. This company absolutely sucks and is just money hungry. Wasted an hour of my time trying to figure out why my camera that I pay all this money for isn’t alerting me when things are in front of it for them to tell me it’s my WiFi. When I’ve had the same WiFi for the past year in a half and nothings changed with it. Then I have to pay if I want someone to come out in person. Absolutely ridiculous company and I cannot wait to cancel.
This company is a scam. They tell you one price to pay monthly for the cost and it's literally just for the equipment it's not for the cost of services or the install. Then they tall you that is you cancel your contract due to cost they will work with you on taking care of everything but what they mean by that is they are still expecting you to pay the ridiculous fee for the equipment. 10/10 don't recommend.
