Their monitoring service is expensive, and their equipment is average.... and it took me over 35 minutes and 4 different transfers to cancel my service. They are like all the other companies these days, only interested in your monthly payment.
Thinking about canceling my service because I can’t get a hold of a human to talk to to help me correct my panel I changed my Internet and the password won’t go in and I can’t get nobody to talk to me. I get a stupid robot and I don’t wanna talk to a stupid robot. I wanna talk to somebody and within the next couple of days if I can get a hold of somebody, I’m gonna change my provider.
ADT put holes in your wall and dont fix the holes and after you canceled the service ADT will still charge you money and say opps they still owe me hundreds of dollars.
We've been ADT customers for over 10 years. During this time we have not had any major issues. We recently decided to add Google Nest camera's and a few other items. The sales representative called ahead of the scheduled arrival time to let us know he was on his way. He was helpful and informative, ensuring our questions were addressed. We had a similar experience with Jim, the installation technician. We were happy with his work and post-installation review prior to his departure.
