ADT put holes in your wall and dont fix the holes and after you canceled the service ADT will still charge you money and say opps they still owe me hundreds of dollars.
We've been ADT customers for over 10 years. During this time we have not had any major issues. We recently decided to add Google Nest camera's and a few other items. The sales representative called ahead of the scheduled arrival time to let us know he was on his way. He was helpful and informative, ensuring our questions were addressed. We had a similar experience with Jim, the installation technician. We were happy with his work and post-installation review prior to his departure.
If I could give less...I would. I have had ADT for YEARS and YEARS. They owe me a refund and I have waited over a month. It's not about the amount of money...it is the LIES, the LIES, the LIES. I did well not to speak like I FELT to the employees on the other end however, I did not hesitate to tell them what happened.
