Don’t trust these guys AT ALL
I’m so sorry I chose ADT. The App and the Security System is terrible! Read the reviews before choosing ADT!!!
ADT, has been a horrible company. We lease on about 2 years ago and our camera has not worked for the las 6 months. I called to get it fixed and they came out replaced motion sensors and door sensors. After their equipment failed they try to charge me for the call. Now, they called to see if i wanted renew my contract with them and i said no because of their horrible service.
Long time customer only because I never thought of change. Not happy over the 4 decades but so dissatisfied to walk. Customer service robotic and scripted. No walking. Do NOT sign a contract!!!
If you sign a 3 year contract you pay for 3 years. So if you sell your house plan on paying 75% of the balance. A lot of choices out there. Pick one that doesn't need to make money on a house you no longer own. Is it really worth it ADT? You loose a customer for life over the last 4 months monitoring.
