If I could give adt a zero I would. 6 years as loyal customer and equipment is failing. Only thing they want is another contract and for you to pay equipment payment monthly. Beware of horrible customer experience and service. If you don’t upgrade they are rude to you and they charge u more money. Stick with other companies that offer monthly services and not contracts. They now lost my home and a few businesses I own. So much about caring for their customers.
5 year contract is ridiculous. One person says you can cancel and just pay for the cameras, another one says you owe $1000. Read the fine print everyone, cause they are going to screw you.
Don’t trust these guys AT ALL
I’m so sorry I chose ADT. The App and the Security System is terrible! Read the reviews before choosing ADT!!!
ADT, has been a horrible company. We lease on about 2 years ago and our camera has not worked for the las 6 months. I called to get it fixed and they came out replaced motion sensors and door sensors. After their equipment failed they try to charge me for the call. Now, they called to see if i wanted renew my contract with them and i said no because of their horrible service.
