So I have now spent well over 10 hours in contact with adt’s customer support. I mistakenly ordered the wrong part which is my fault I understand. I called their customer support 5 minutes after I placed the order and tried to cancel the order it took 3 HOURS to get ahold of someone. Once I finally got ahold of them they told me it couldn’t be canceled that the warehouse had already started to pack the order, so I was told to wait till the order arrived and just return it. Run far and run fast from these people! This is the most unprofessional group I have ever encountered. I'm now convinced that lying to customers is probably in the ADT mission and vision statement. 1) You can't "cancel" anything here. Anyone representing themselves in the "cancellation" department is actually in the "retention" department. If they don't retain you as a customer, they just start lying and telling you you're account is cancelled but they continue to charge you. 2) You will NEVER speak to the same person twice.... read more
ADTs representatives initial response to my request for assistance was to ask me to turn over control of my phone to him because the application to guide me was not working. I refused and requested an appointment. I was informed appointments were only given requiring a four hour window. No appointments are offered with a shorter window such as an hour. I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate ADT including moving a doctor's appointment. I chose between eight and noon today, moving my doctor to later in the day. Received... read more
Horrible service my car got hit in front of my house well I was sleeping the cameras are horrible glitching out
Charged my credit card twice, Didnt have to pay for any equipment but still not going to get away with charging my credit card twice even with my bill being only $69 dollars.
