Horrible service my car got hit in front of my house well I was sleeping the cameras are horrible glitching out
Charged my credit card twice, Didnt have to pay for any equipment but still not going to get away with charging my credit card twice even with my bill being only $69 dollars.
Run run run fast they are a bigggggg scam they still have not installed my cameras and I got a bill not only that they put me in a 60 month lease. I even taped the man telling him that I will pay for the equipment and they still put me in a 60 month lease and then told me I can’t even get out of my contract for five years. They are the biggest scam that I have ever known and they taken people money. Yes order you some cameras, off of Amazon and monitor it yourself. Panel hasn’t worked and they scammed me into a “contract”
Worst 1-800 # experience ever. Had to call to cancel service due to move. Was transferred to multiple people/departments plus disconnected a time or two. Every person you talk to has to transfer you to a different department to handle a different part of this process. Was also given bad information that each new contact re-reviewed and changed on me. Awful!
