Absolutely amazing, time efficient, very communicative & he gets the job done ahead of time.

*Ignore the response below, they never actually resolved the issue. There is no way to transfer ownership of the system if you sell or move from your house. So you have to buy your way out of their 5 year contract -> hope you have an extra $3,000 laying around. Stay away and purchase your own system. ADT has their services split across four different apps that are terrible, and since they use google hardware it locks you into googles app whether you want to or not.
