The absolute worse experience I’ve had with a company. Installers are partly trained. Overly frustrating process with customer service. They deserve no stars. I’m so sincere. Go with someone else.
Sent a pair of goons to my house to try to fearmonger me into getting their service. Told them to vacate the property immediately when I could smell the bullshit they were trying to scam me into. If I ever see anyone from ADT on my property again, they will be considered trespassers and castle doctrine will apply. I have submitted a request to be on ADT's "No Contact" list without any word by either email or phone yet. I will happily be purchasing my security services with Ring instead. Absolutely amazing, time efficient, very communicative & he gets the job done ahead of time.
I had an extremely negative experience with this company related to billing, contract expectations, and customer support. I am currently seeking legal guidance regarding my situation, and I am not even a month into the contract. I encourage anyone considering this service to carefully review all agreements, pricing details, and cancellation terms before signing up. *Ignore the response below, they never actually resolved the issue. There is no way to transfer ownership of the system if you sell or move from your house. So you have to buy your way out of their 5 year contract -> hope you have an extra $3,000 laying around. Stay away and purchase your own system. ADT has their services split across four different apps that are terrible, and since they use google hardware it locks you into googles app whether you want to or not.
