I’ve had so many issues with this company and all I want is to get my doorbell camera replaced, the technician Corey has come out to my house twice and not did any work each time he leaves without finishing what needs to be done. ADT service is great....until you cancel. I moved and sold my house. I no longer live at residence that their equipment is located-there are new owners. Been trying to cancel for weeks. Today, was transferred 5X to "relocation specialists" that only wanted to add their service to my new address. i don't need that service anymore and need to cut expenses. They did not care and kept transferring me. Then told me that I owed money for the equipment that "they still own" and more than $1000 for cancellation. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!... read more
