Robert Nelson worked soo hard to get my Old system up and running. I installed it 8 years ago and someone else lived at the residence for 1 year so the system was deactivated. That caused a ton of issues and Robert spent over 8hrs getting the system back up and running while also fixing some of my sensors that had broken over time Phenomenal experience. He was so kind and patient and truly went above and beyond
The CHAT service for ADT Security is terrible. The agent kept asking the same questions and getting the same answers. Nothing to do with what I needed them to do. Very frustrated. Hope the people behind the CHAT are supervised.
