Absolutely fantastic customer service. The tech team that came to install did a great job. Also satisfied my wife's requirement to hide as much of the equipment as possible and maintain our homes aesthetics. Great job guys.
Terrible company, I do not recommend it to anyone. Canceling a subscription feels like going through ten circles of hell. I was fully charged for the first year of the subscription and the equipment. When I decided to cancel the subscription after 11 months, they started transferring me from one operator to another. I waited on hold for over an hour, and every new manager asked for details about why I wanted to cancel their service, only to put me back on hold. I requested a quote online, next day a representative called, and he got mad because I told him that I was busy so you must be available whenever they call if not, you are in trouble, so rude and aggressive.
Anthony finished a customer loyalty upgrade to my 8-year old ADT system today. He is a consummate pro who knows his business. We had an excellent experience with Larry Kleebauer, a technician at ADT. We had an installation of a doorbell camera and several outside security cameras. The system works very well and the technical support from Larry was exceptional. He was very patient, explained the system and answered all our questions.
