Im a Adt customer and I've been forced to stay with them because they signed me up to a 5yr contract. I no longer need the flood cameras and I'm forcefully need to pay for service. Im very dissatisfied with this company. I called and spoke to Account manager Tracy and Ana and didn't help at all.

The authorized installer Protect Your Home aka Defenders ran out of outdoor cameras when they did installation. They used 2 indoor cameras as place saver and told me to call back in 2 months and have them swapped out. Now they supposedly have no record of that and are refusing to do the swap. Any that is after spending 2 hours trying to get them on the phone. I wonder why they think it benefits them to infuriate customers like that. I guess they don't care.
