The authorized installer Protect Your Home aka Defenders ran out of outdoor cameras when they did installation. They used 2 indoor cameras as place saver and told me to call back in 2 months and have them swapped out. Now they supposedly have no record of that and are refusing to do the swap. Any that is after spending 2 hours trying to get them on the phone. I wonder why they think it benefits them to infuriate customers like that. I guess they don't care.

Talk about bait and switch! They quoted me a price, which included 1 control panel, 3 door sensor and 10 window sensors. They also assured me they would be able to use a portion of my existing Vivint equipment (specifically the cameras, smoke detectors, remote locks, motion detectors, and thermostat) so there was no need for additional equipment.
