Website and app are terrible. I have been trying for an hour to get my partner logged in on his new phone. He had complete access a week ago with his old phone. Literally nothing works. Can’t reset password. Can’t set up a new account. Their chatbot gives you contradictory information, saying VSP isn’t required for account set up, but account setup asks you to pick a VSP (and nothing you type is accepted). It should not be this complicated.
Technician was very professional and courteous. Presented all details well and was very patient and polite.
