We have used ADT twice before so we were told we would get a discount on installation. Technician said girl on the phone made a mistake telling us that. We were also charged for Another piece of equipment he said would be free along with couple other charges that changed from the original contract my husband signed. Decided to cancel within 3 days and that was weeks ago.
