My security system stopped working within 24hours of installation. When i asked them to figure out the situation or send a technician at my business, they didn’t have any appointments and they also charged me extra for the appointment. Worst services ever. Wish i could rank them negatively. They do not take responsibility for their own damn system.
We have been with adt for almost 25 years and most of my businesses also use adt. My home security system is having issues. Since almost 6 months we haven’t been able to arm the system satisfactorily. Whenever I arm it, it goes off in the middle of the night and disturbs our sleep. We are senior citizens. Some time back our system completely stopped working so we called adt. They said it’s because of the battery and carbon monoxide detector. Fraud Alert !!! One more ZERO STARS !! Disappointed with ADT similar to previous reviews , Their technician team committed the fraud to sell the equipments and services with false information. They will say the discounted price but you will realize later they have given the installment price to you . customer services are poor and will transfer you from one person to another and will not resolve the issue , Please be careful and inform your community and friends to avoid their services. I applied for a sales position here online Shakir Carr was supposed to call me today at 2pm for an interview. I waited at 2pm, he never called me and then they sent me an email saying they are not going to select me for the position. How and why did I get the offer to interview if they were not going to select me and how they declined me without interviewing?
