TERRIBLE! I am dead serious RUN! These guys are total scammers! Don't sign anything! There is no accountability on their side but to front end sell you a bunch of shit sensors, fire alarms, cameras using google nest and other devices you'd think we're necessary for what you want and need, and then find out they don't even support those products in anyway. Brett came to our church to fix a problem we were having with one of our doors, which happened to be a battery in the sensor. He was very professional and showed me some other things that I didn't know.

STAY AWAY FROM ADT AT ALL COSTS!!!! STOLE $5,000 FROM MY 80-YEAR-OLD MOTHER. Four weeks ago, I decided to have a security system installed on my mother's house, she is 80 years old. I called ADT and told them that all I wanted was sensors and cameras installed on the front and back doors. I was quoted over the phone that this job would come in around $200 plus monthly monitoring fees. I agree and set a date for install. I could not be there for the install. Absolutely horrible. Their sales team use bs tactics to sign longer contracts then stated so they can get a bigger commission and lock you in. They fees and the charges they offer are Absolutely nuts. Stay far far away and seek out a local place for your fire and alarm systems. I paid for the whole year what adt was charging me for a month...incredibly shady rude and ignorant company.
Unfortunately, one star is as low as the rating scale can go. We had contracted with ADT in the early 2000s and all was well until the Everon takeover last year. The company's customer service was confusing - one person would say one thing, another person would tell a different story. The left hand did not know what the right hand was doing at any time. Been with them since last year ask for sign never received it then they had information wrong using my daughter name for paying and contact and wrong phone number yesterday when I received call about getting camera back online they can't fix it from where they at wanted charge money for tech come out and put camera back on line only thing it just need to be reboot and they want charge you if they fix there monitor you could reboot from there but they got slick ways to charge you extra should stay with my other company aleas... read more
If I could give them 0 starts I would. My equipment hasnt worked since day 1. I have had the services over a year. I have bene promised things that they never kept their word on and after being burglarized they informed pretty much that they are washing their hands with their non working system and are still trying to make me pay for something that never worked.
