They fraudulently charged my card $700 then claimed they couldn't cancel or refund me my money
ADT salespersons showed up at our house multiple times today, despite our "no salespersons" sign. We weren't home when they tried the first time, so they waited outside our house in their car until we got home and then approached our door again (super creepy). I asked them if they were here to sell us something and they told me "no," which was obviously not the case. They told us there was a $250 voucher for the home provided by the previous owners, but we have no record of any ADT involvement with the house from the sellers... read more
One star is too high. Do not use them without reading the small print. We used them for 13 years and when we moved to a location without cell service they wouldn't let us out of our contract. When you call to talk to anyone they send you from person to person or the line gets disconnected.
Update: -Stop sending your guys. I do not want your service, and you have been told twice now. Enough is enough. It is starting to become harassment.
