DO NOT BUY A SYSTEM FROM ADT!! John showed up at my door at 7:30 pm and I informed him that he woke my sleeping baby. I was quite literally in tears from exhaustion and John LAUGHED. What an awful person. His poor trainee was mortified. A disgusting interaction.
You guys really know how to kick people when they're down. I lost my job and can't afford to continue the monthly payments, but let's charge an early cancellation fee. How does that even make sense?

He got snappy when he was told the offer would need to be discussed.
After having the rudest interaction with John the salesman for ADT and his made up title. I read a review from 2 months ago from an individual whom had the same types of interaction, WITH THE SAME SALES PERSON. So I APLORE ADT. Please remove all affiliations from John the sales person in your Fort Carson area. He was training Mario, and he was a silent polite trainee. I'm sorry for his presence for that unnecessarily rude interaction, and treatment to another individual. Appauling and shameful.
