I was happy when I first got ADT 16 years ago but ever since then they've been going downhill they told me that if I pay for the Service they will come out for a nominal fee blah blah well I need a demo to come out at a rental property that I pay for and guess what that's the one thing they don't cover of course I really would like to go with a different company I don't have any contracts anymore and I refuse to get under 1 so I'll be searching around I had their camera system for a while and then it went out on me so I boug... read more
Stay away. They have no idea what they are doing. Worst security system around.
I can't believe how unbearably rude the salesmen are. Salesman who identified himself as John, the local director came to my door (despite the no soliciting sign). I told him no thank you, we weren't interested. He then asked if we had "dogs and guns". I said we already have our own security system, so no thank you. He then called me a smartass and stomped off. I will NEVER use ADT, and if they come to my door again, they will be asked ONCE to leave. The next ask will be from the cops for trespassing.
One star is too high. Do not use them withour reading the small print. We used them for 13 years and when we moved to a location without cell service they wouldn't let us out of our contract. When you call to talk to anyone they send you from person to person or the line gets disconnected.
Can you stop trying to find a way onto my property to knock on my door? I've already told 3 of your salesman I don't want ADT, yet every week you send more people to my street. If you enter my property when my gate is locked I'm calling the police. Stay away.
