The two years I have been dealing with these people on a personal and business level has almost exhausted me. The different departments do not appear to communicate, so everything must be repeated over and over again. I gave notice on my contract within the first year, but I am stuck for several more yet. They are very helpful especially if you have kids at home. I can always leave my kids at home and they even told me not to worry. It gives me peace of mind. And they have persons that will notify the police if burglary occurs in you place the moment the receive the alarm from their end. Just called them for installation!!

My suggestion is to get any package from ADT because they are best in giving the services to their customers. I have not experienced any burglary but if that happens, I know I am protected because of ADT. They are still reliable, effective, cost efficient, workable, timely installation and response to repair requests. This is ADT Home Alarm.
