ADT is a combination of quality, Security, and Affordability. It can be tailored to our specific needs, preferences and specifications. I think the system is excellent and it's the best surveillance setup for the money. Finding a quality monitoring system for your home is not an easy task as there are so many options.
We had a series of issue since we joined this company. I was frustrated with them since I had spent a lifetime trying to convince their customer care but to no vein. It all started by an issue that resulted in the replacement of the equipment.

We went with ADT because of the fire and carbon monoxide monitoring. To my knowledge nobody else offers that. It is excellent piece of mind when we are not at home. And the iPhone app and computer interface work great. Im not sure why ADT is number two on this website, it is a great service.

They arrived on time and gave me some tips to handle problems like this. I did not expect that ADT can be so accommodating and helpful to their customers. I do not understand why others say bad things to them. But for me, they have been great and really generous enough to take time to come to my place and fix the problem.
