Adt is nothing but hot summer garbage. Do yourself a huge favor and go with Simplisafe.
Bad Business, they lied at first sight, the cameras are WiFi and get disconnected all the time, they refuse to accept the fact when you call them, charging the customer for continued visits to fix nothing. Stay away from this nightmare! They will blame the router, the internet service and everything else! Be aware! Stay away!
What a waste of money. The alarm disconnects from the wi-fi DAILY. Also the alarm has gone off atleast four times - while I was literally outside getting into my car and I had to run inside and turn it off and reset it . Once I was even at the park I wasn't even home. Not to mention they stick you in a 3 year contract so I can't even get rid of it if I wanted to . You'd be way better off just buying the magnetic dollar store alarms, which is what I wish I had done.
