2 of my 4 cameras stopped working after 9 months. Was told someone would call us to set up an appointment. Nobody ever called. I was told they're open 7days a week. Their voicemail says they're closed on the weekends. We are going to Vegas for a week. Would be great to be able to protect my home while we are gone.
Got ADT to install two systems in different locates. A system for an elderly client. Since the system equipment was expensive, we asked what would happen if my client passed away. The sales person said that we could send in a death certificate and all balances would be waived. NOT TRUE! My client has passed away and now ADT is the equipment is not waived only the existing contract, The balance on the equipment is over $1700.00. Just came to my house and harassed me. I should've called the police. Another woman and man showed up a few days ago and kept telling me they were sent by someone. I told them I'm not trying to waste their time and for them to leave. Now today I pull in my driveway from work talking to my husband on the phone and another man and woman show up with an ADT sign. Do Not Sign Anything ! Quoted $63/ mo. Next week Installers spent 3 hours here. Put a tablet in my hands to sign. Then corporate sent an Agreement needing a docu-sign signature. First bill was $66.66, second bill was $70.44. Salesman Antonio Bean promised to "look into it and correct". Nothing happened. Spent over an hour on the phone with Customer Service.
