Where do I begin? I've been with the company for a few years now. About a year ago the system stopped connecting. They were unable to fix remotely. Tried to tell me that I would have to pay for someone to come oit and look, when originally that wasn't what was told to me. It was a HASTLE to get them to come out. Keith Piper is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and goes above-and-beyond for his customers. He’s an exceptional ADT Solutions Advisor. When I moved to Southern Georgia two year’s ago, Keith set my home up with the products I asked for. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell me. They have ripped us off for $6,000 at this point. They sent safestreets to our home to install system and the guy, Lamark Young, drilled about 10 extra holes in our home, and cracked sheet rock in our attic and denied everything. DO NOT TRUST ADT
