works perfect!! We had an ADT alarm system installed last month. Installation was done well and the alarm service is working perfect. We love the chime feature that lets us know when the kids are coming and going. I never thought I would come to rely on this system so quickly
understanding the system I was referred to an ADT salesman, who arrived and assessing the situation, came up with an affordable plan for me. I signed an agreement for the plan, and the next day a technician arrived and installed the alarm. He then made sure I understood how to arm and disarm the system. I was also given easy to follow step-by-step instructions and a video. They do want to make sure you understand the system. They want to avoid 'false' alarms.
standardized and got the basics! It??s a simple security system but a little expensive compared to the other home alarm providers. It??s a very standard alarm system that covers the basics: i.e. a keypad, window and door sensors and motion detectors. The motion detector doesn??t work too well with Pets, so the false alarms are a bit high.
really impressed!!! still working! We moved into an apartment that already had an ADT alarm. When the technician came out to reactivate the system, he only had to make minor adjustments to the positions of certain sensors even though the system had been dormant for 5 years (the tenant before us hadn??t used it). I was really impressed that the system was still in great shape even so many years later!
