They were polite but didn’t respect me enough to not talk all up in my face without masks on. Oil change itself was professional. Afterwards I was given the choice between paying $3 for a Groupon fee or writing them a good review which I had to show them before leaving.
Frank was knowledgeable of the automobile's needs. He fairly gave the prices, was professional and got the job done. On completion he was careful that everything was right before I left.
First, they did not have any information about GM Dexos oil on the Groupon I used, so when I went to redeem it I was told by the serviceman that it would be an additional $33 for a total of $44 (it was an $11 Groupon) for my Dexos oil change and that he was forbidden to use any other type of oil.
