I have been going here for nearly 5 years now. The entire staff is amazing. Dr Boley and Dr Mitchell have been so wonderful while treating my dogs. They take the time to answer any question and give solid solutions to issues at hand. The staff always treats me and my animals with respect, kindness and compassion. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
We have been taking our animals here since 1984 when we moved here from Germany. We moved to the Black Forest in 1998 and even though it is a long drive in we have continued to take our animals there. Both Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Boley and all of the staff are absolutely amazing. We were in the mandatory evacuation area of the Black Forest Fire and they called to make sure we were alright and if we needed anything to call them. Wow! This vet is impressive! Dr. Mitchell took the time to explain about my dogs condition and different things that I could do to help him. She had the knowledge to know how to figure out what was wrong and then how I could treat him to make him better. Money is tight so I appreciated her approach to helping him and gave me options that made it possible to treat him. Thank you for being so kind, caring and understanding. I will tell all my friends about your clinic!
Dr. Boley and the staff are great, they are so friendly and caring. He really cares about all animals. He took excellent care of my cats McCaffrey and Emerson who both hate going to the vet. I will continue to have him treat my cat's, and any other pets I may get in the future no matter how much of a fuss they make about going.
