We needed to add monitoring and ended up with ADT. After 10+ years, the monthly rate is just too much. Canceled it and asked for the code they used on my hardware - and they refused to give it. They claim even though it was previously installed, they don t have to give up the installer code they used. Effectively making it useless unless I have ADT. If it had been their equipment I could understand - but my hardware??
