Professional, prompt installation – The installer arrived punctually after calling me to see if I would be available sooner than scheduled. Sooner is always a good thing! He was a personable guy and fun to listen to. He took the time to make sure he was installing the system the way I wanted it and also took the time to explain the details. Gaylord Security Systems – I live in Tucson, AZ in a very nice neighborhood with no real crime, but as a former law enforcement officer I am always on edge when it comes to security. Since we had the Security system installed my stress level has dropped and I am able to sleep all night through uninterrupted. I love how easy it is to use and the remote helps a ton when dealing with the dogs or groceries. Thanks Gaylord.

Great service! – I live in Chandler and ordered ADT security a couple months ago from Gaylord. The technician was fantastic, super friendly and knowledgeable.The company did all that was promised, and was on time and quick with install.. I would highly recommend this company; if you want ADT home security, get it through them!!!

Excellent Customer Service – I had been thinking about an alarm system for quite some time now. We were leaving out of town and needed someone to come out and install last minute. Gaylord Industries (ADT), did this with no problem. They scheduled me for a time to come out and they were there on time. The technician was really helpful and quick. I left on my trip feeling safe!
