I have been with this company for many years, when it was ADS. I've had no problems except replacing a smoke alarm. I also had an upgrade years ago. The technicians are always on time, friendly, professional and clean. Whenever I had to call the office I received the same professionalism. I love my system. Great company. I miss the reward program though, it paid for my smoke alarm replacement.

I called the local Melbourne Vector Security to put our security system on "test" while "hot work" was happening. A very friendly Vector Security staff took care of it without any hesitation. Had to call later because the "hot work" was taking longer and had another very professional interaction with the same person who cheerfully help me. Thank you, Vector Security and the person who assisted me!

From the time I called Vector locally they were customer friendly and the technician came within 2 hours. No appointment and they fit us in.

We have used these guys for a long long time. Always very prompt. Always very professional. Always very customer oriented. Heck we went a full year without having any issues!! And then it was just for battery replacement. I am very glad that we have Vector Security. I would highly recommend to anyone.
