Called early 8-3-2021 to Nashville office to explain problem. Connected me to the Jackson office. She set me up with a service call later today. Called later in the morning to find out how to bypass beeping noise. Lee came, listened to what I said it was doing, connected the and fixed the problem quickly. Everyone was super helpful. Thx
Vector tech was very knowledgeable and found the problem that was missed by several techs over a number of years. I think that the problem is now fixed.
Technician here early to check on a sensor issue and he found the sensor to be bad. He promptly replaced it. Tech was outstanding !
