My system has not worked since April of this year. Not the system inside the house or the camera or the app. Was told I would be refunded, I have not been. Was told techs would come out on NUMEROUS occasion. We have had 1 tech come out and he didn’t fix the problem and has responded to calls for two weeks. Y’all can take my $80 every single month but can’t manage to give me a working product or call your customers back?
Dispatch didn't let the technician know that he needed to replace two sensors. So when he arrived he didn't have them on his truck. The technician drove back to the Huntsville office picked up the sensors came back to my house and installed them. The technician was awesome and worked until 6:15 to ensure my system was working. I appreciate the extra work from the technician; however, I'm not impressed with dispatch.
Your service man never showed up Tuesday nor has he or anyone else called since Tuesday to explain why no show or to discuss another time.
Outstanding. Professional. On time.
