Very poor customer service. I have been a customer for 10 years and have two retail locations. I changed to a mobile service at one location and it cut of my alarm service. I reported to Vector and was told that I would need a cellular service added that would be $199 for the equipment and $10 per month. They then sent me a new contract that was signed and returned. The contract was for $199 plus $16 per month, but I signed because I needed the protection up and going. I have now been without security protection for 8 days. ... read more
Jason (Service Manager) and his team are outstanding to work with. They went out of their wait to do a rush order for us on a residential job so our daughter could move into college. Thank you Jason and Allison at corporate for such an outstanding and professional job. My wife and I total recommend Vector for residential work!
