Very poor customer service. I have been a customer for 10 years and have two retail locations. I changed to a mobile service at one location and it cut of my alarm service. I reported to Vector and was told that I would need a cellular service added that would be $199 for the equipment and $10 per month. They then sent me a new contract that was signed and returned.
