My homeowners insurance hired ADS for a dry out in my condo due to a leak from the AC condensation line. They cut out sheet rock covered in mold and didn't remove the mold per protocol which ended up exposing my entire condo. Also, they were to dry out my condo and failed to do that appropriately.
