Today is my first experience with ADS Blinds. I cannot recommend them enough, I went in for a spare part, and was grateful that they had what I needed. I was unable to fix this myself after trying for approx 30 minutes. So I phoned them, and the wonderful gentleman offered to come to my place and fix it for me. Which he did a few hours later.
