I'm pretty sure that they ruined my dress; cut open chiffon to let out the lining and left it. Who does that? Wanted me to take the dress with the lining showing.

My mother and I live in Pittsburgh, but called around to find a specific brand of Mother of the Bride gowns (Mon Cheri). Adrienne's Bridal in NY said they carry "hundreds." So, we made an appointment and traveled the 6 hours one way to have my mom try on the gowns. 1.) We were on time for our appointment, but the store doors were locked.
