For $595 out of pocket, She didnt do any labwork or any medical testing. She gave me a diet plan which (something like: eat an egg for breakfast, salad and protein for lunch and protein and veggies dinner) - not tailored to me. She basically was a visit to a nutritionist. She gave me few samples of her bar product line. I gave one star because I could not give zero.
Dr. Youdim came highly recommended by my Physician. I came to here for nutritional counseling. She is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Her insight into improving your health with nutrition counseling and mindfulness training has been phenomenal. She is very kind, caring and very supportive. I highly recommend here to everyone!
