Love the doctor she is amazing!!! But the front desk girl Danielle seems over whelmed. Very snotty and grabbed my card out of my hand. Was not pleased at all. All other staff members are great. But they never answer the phone!!!!
Horrible communication. Referral specialist and manager, Sarah are both incompetent. Don’t know the difference between a Referral and an auth is required, My insurance call them and told them that no referral and no auth was required and they still saying it does. don’t waste your time. I would give them a -5. Very unprofessional.
I was referred to Dr. Tinana by my primary Dr. Eric Spicuzza due to my Angioedema , Dr.Tinana was able to diagnose me with Hereditary Angioedema Type 3 . When MA Sarah was the one working my medication auths everything was well. I lost my insurance due to my husbands new insurance with employer .Angela the one that her uncle is Chief of police in Aransas Pass(she made sure to inform me of this) After I was Highly upset that my insurance was informing me that Medical office has not sent in any records for my PA .
