The staff and Dr are awesome!
I have been going to Dr. Rencic for over 10 years and even though she always had been very attentive in the past, my last visit ( first after COVID pandemic) was really a subpar experience. First, it was a really rushed visit, then she told me she was going to use a different method to take my spots out ( no explanations about it other than leaves less of a mark), I was not given any kind of advice on what to do or expect about it, but assumed it would be the same as a n the past.
