I’ve been going to Artistic Works Dentistry since around 2021 and I must say I so look forward to my 6 month cleanings. The staff are always so friendly, professional, and helpful. I just recently (10/2023) had a visit and went to their new location at 11451 Katy Freeway Suite 105 and I really enjoyed my visit. Erica is always so welcoming and always speaks to me and goes above and beyond by checking up on me to make sure I’m comfortable even if another staff member is working with me. I am extremely disappointed to be writing this message for a black owned business. Unfortunately, I’ve had nothing but unpleasant experiences with this Dentristry. They told me I needed a night guard for my teeth. I purchased it 8 months ago & have not received it to date. The manager admitted they made several mistakes and promised he’d issue & refund. They did this to me to at Artistic Works Dentistry on I-10when arriving they said they had a special that covered (x-rays, full teeth cleaning and consultation) I went to get my tooth pulled and they recommended a root canal I said no just pull it. After pulling it. I inquired about implants the doc offensively said if you didn’t want to pay for the root canal, your not going to get implants.
