My morning started out most pleasant because I was treated so well at my visit this morning. The receptionist, med assistant and doctor were all so kind and professional. l had the trifecta of nice people.
Now 80, just had my first visit ever to a podiatrist. Dr. Loretz was absolutely amazing. I came because of isolated foot pain induced by daily exercise on the treadmill. She quickly identified the root cause, and offered simple solutions -- different shoes, and an ongoing medication to control my callouses. She also prescribed a medication for my athletes foot condition, and explained why medical treatment for my lifelong toenail fungus was unwise. I absolutely plan to keep coming back for periodic maintenance!!
This was my first time visiting and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They made me laugh, engaged in conversation and answered all of my questions. I will be returning!
