I had an excellent experience at this office today. I went in for the nodules on the bottom of my feet, and from the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel welcome. Laquana was kind, friendly, and took the time to explain the process. She also gave me a realistic explanation of what to expect regarding my insurance, which I truly appreciated. Omg, the best experience ever! The staff are amazing! The wait was a little longer than expected but the laughter was heard from the waiting area! Once I was back in the room it was apparent as to why! You're made to feel welcome, and the laughter, was from real conversations made by Dr. Loretz, Pasha & LaQana! Thanks, for the experience ladies! My toes may be wrapped but it was worth the pain!
